Can't reinstall or uninstall my HP Officejet 8600 n911a, but could a year ago-installed 1 year ago after upgrading my modern Dell G5 gaming desktop to windows 11.
Then I had zero problems installing hp printer drivers. Printer has worked perfectly for a year. Today, I have been cleaning up my desktop and noticed when I wanted
to use the black icon of the hp printer where I can clean printhead, scan, look at my ink level, that the icon was no longer there. I got frustrated and decided
the simple fix was just to unitstall the printer and reinstall and everything would work. I use Revo Unistaller, which usually works great, and then when I tried to
uninstall printer, received error messages like, cant' uninstall because oG860X64.msi is missing. I blame myself. I tried add remove programs, same issue
Ihave the orginal disk for the driver install, dvd, but disk must be bad. I went to download hp lastest driver, but same type errors-can't uninstall printer or reinstall
with hp officejet e-all-in-one n911a driver. error after error. When I tried to reinstall , I also got a message about incompatabiliy with bing bar, but everything is greyed out where you can uncheck the bing bar, so I'm haveing no luck.I also removed the device under printer,s, but I know the unistall was bad. Probably lots of remaining files and registry stuff. I want to eventuall by a new printer, and need to get it all out of pc/registry. Please advise-printer is out of warranty. Pirinter is a network printer attached to my pc by a cat 5 cable.
Question: is there a way to manually uninstall this software? I know it works with windows 11 cause i've been using it just fine till I screwed it up today. Please help!!!!

Oi,
Vamos tentar desinstalar o software usando a solução de problemas abaixo da Microsoft, selecione Desinstalar e, em seguida, selecione o software de impressora listado:
HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads
Observe que a desinstalação pode levar algum tempo (15-20 minutos), portanto, aguarde algum tempo até que seja concluída, espera-se que demore um pouco.

Shomil,
I really appreciate you helping me. Its weird, finally says my printer is installed, but it's not really the same printer even though it works , I mean it prints, but usually wihen I completely unistalled, and reinstall the drivers, it will have me pick my printer and give me a choice of usb direct to printer or network. The picture I see is not my printer, although it is a white hp printer 8600, not the black one I have. And even though I can print, the printer is not listed under add/remove programs or in my lsit of programs in revo unistaller. This greatly concerns me. I'd like to completely remove from my pc all componetns from the registry , so I have a total uninstall, and then reinstall . Also, I have always had a small black printer icon of my Hp officejet multifunciton e all in one printer N11a, and it has not installed. Why can't i see my hp printer 8600 under add/remove programs? Please advise. thanks!!!

God bless you for trying to help. I sent another message just now to the hp community , and I should have asked you.
II explained that I can remove my hp officejet pro 8600 n9121a program and that some guy (didn't want to give yourname)
was trying to help me unistall. Well, heck , I'm about 70 years old, not too sharpe like when I was yound, so I appologize for not
replying directly.
Anyway, I tried to open the link you sent me last night to go to microsoft link to help me unistall this printer, but I don't even
see the Hp Officejet program listed, even though it will printer from office ms word, but so I selected as instruct not listed and it
asks me for a product code. I don't have a prodcut code. I have the original legal dvd disk that came in the best buy hp box that
was used to set up the printer years ago. I can't contiunue to attempt to uninstall with out the code and I do have a legal honestly purchaed hp printer. so now I don't know what to do, unless you have a solution. I will call HP to see if they can help, but since it's out of warranty, I dont know. I just hope you can help me get all the registry and programs associated all cleaned out so I can reinstall. Please advise. Where can I find the product code since I have a legally bought disk but it doenst even have a product code, but has always worked fine.
Thanks,

Sorry, my last reply was full of type errors. Basically, I don't see the printer programs at all either in revo unistaller or using the link you sent me from microsoft.com last night. the link takes me to add/remove programs but I don't see the printer listed.
I select "not listed" and it ask for product code, which I don't have and I bought and paid legally for my printer and have the origianl install disk but I don't see a prodcuct code, so I 'm stuck. please advise,
Thanks for your help,
Greg Hill
