I can't seem to remove my old printer from HP app, either on my Android phone or Windows 11 desktop. I've installed the new printer on both and can print, but can't remove the old one, only hide it, but it still shows up when I try to print things. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on both platforms but still have the same issue.
When I click "Printer Options" on the old printer I get redirected to the "Add a Printer" page.
Thank you.

I understand you would like to remove a printer from HP App.
Follow the instructions -
- Open HP app and then click the Printer icon in the left bar.
- Click on select a Different Printer, then click the Remove link on the right
- Press the X mark of the unwanted printer tile to remove it and click on done.
If you are unable to delete the printer, then uninstall the HP app and reinstall it.
