I have an HP Office Jet Pro 8610 All In One Printer. A 16 page document will print the first 14 pages and then stop. I have tried using the "Cancel Print" option on the printer only to watch the to "Cancelling Print" spin around for over 24 hours. I have turned the printer off/on to no avail. I have unplugged the power for over 24 hours to no avail. I have gone into my PC and uninstalled the printer and then reinstalled it to no avail. I have used HP's SMART app to run diagnostics and it comes back Driver Check in RED. I cannot print anything until I can cancel the printing operation of this 16 page document. Does anyone have any solutions?

Welcome to the HP English Community --
After the job is turned over to the Printing queue, you can no longer control the job at the printer.
The Print Services and Print Queue are controlled separately from driver installation or operation.
Print Services is a "Windows" thing.,
Clear and rebuild Print Services --
After the queue is fixed, print only the pages needed using your print app or software and "Page Range".
===========================================
Print Queue / Print Service Reset
- In most cases, after a print job has been accepted, it is turned over the Windows Print Services for completion.
- When a job is "stuck in the queue", it is sometimes because Print Services is stuck or otherwise “broken”.
- If the job is accepted and quickly disappears, it is perhaps the result of incorrect Temp folder permissions.

If the current print job will not cancel or if a previous print job is stuck in the queue,
and
If the issue is due to Print Services being stuck / hung / corrupted,
- Stop Print Services
