Every time i use HPEasyStart to download driver for the printer and scanner it says "we were not able to automatically locate any software options for this product"

PLEASE HELP I USE THIS SCANNER DAILY

Hi @omar2000 

 

1. You may need to connect a USB cable from your printer to Macbook before the installation.

 

2. Then, please download and install  HP Printer drivers for MacOS from the next link:

 

3. And go to System Preferences > Printers then Add the printer.

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.
