  1. I cannot add my new printer to My Dashboard and cannot check the Warranty, it says that the support site is unavailable, it has been like this for a number of days. Any suggestions why? Is it because of the festive holidays?

I understand you need information regarding your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

Try to uninstall the HP Software and update your OS once. Then install the Software again and add the printer.

 

You may also check your product warranty online from this link: https://support.hp.com/gb-en/check-warranty

I can see my printer on the Dashboard now, but it shows a Factory Warranty of only 10 Months, so I have lost two months Warranty! Considering it was registered and purchased on the 24 December 2022, this doesn’t seem right.
