Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Installing printer to desktop with easy start per support. Get to Connected Printing Services and cannot choose accept all as it is grayed out. Can only click on Manage Options and no submit or continue button avail. So cannot print from Desktop.
