Cannot print or copy. Keep getting a message on the printer display that states that the primer setup is incomplete. I cannot find what remains to be setup. I can scan and the diagnostics indicate that there are no issues with the printer.

- How is the printer connected to the device USB or wireless?
- Does the incomplete setup come up on HP Smart or Printer and Scanners screen?
- Are you able to make copies using the printer?
