HP Recommended

I have an officejet 5740 on Mac running Sonoma 14.5. I am unable to complete HP Easy Start setup.  I get to the page that says: 

"HP Product Improvement Study is a research program that allows HP to improve products to better meet customer needs." 

Then it says "I primarily use HP Products and services:" 

I choose the "In home for personal use" 

Under that is an empty box. There is NOTHING that says what I am supposed to put in the box but it will not allow me to continue setup without putting something in the box! The only keys that work are numbers, but I have no clue what numbers.

It looks like there are supposed to be five numbers a hyphen then four numbers.  What goes there?

Can someone please help me with this.
