Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Please help me connect a Laserjet MFP M234sdwe printer to desktop by LAN cable. Wifi is not an option as I am sharing this space with others at a business location, and I am only allowed to register desktop/laptop and phones to a common wifi at the location. 

 

Tried few times through HP smart app but always end with with contact support to further resolve the issue at the last step.
