Product: HP DeskJet 2720e All-in-One Printer

I am trying to connect this printer to WiFi at my parents house. I go through the steps as I usually would using Hp smart. It gets to the “getting Ip address” and says “cannot connect the printer to WiFi” 

 

I have reset WiFi, printer, devices trying to set it up. It just won’t connect to the WiFi, can only print using wired connection.

Can try a Reset to Factory defaults? (not wifi reset)
