Recently I was unable to connect to my printer HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw. Earlier I had it connected via WiFi access point. The printer status shows that it is connected. I tried to delete the printer and re-install but the printer cannot be discovered via network. The only option that works is via USB connection. I entered the engineering menu and did a full printer reset and used HP Easy Setup to reinstall. The software successfully shared the WiFi password information with the printer and had the printer connect to the access point but the set up did not complete. The printer was not added to the Windows printers list. I had to cancel the setup after letting it run for a long time. 

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
