Product: LaserJet Pro M254nw

I am in the process of locking down wifi where I work, and want to turn off wi-fi on a HP Color LaserJet Pro M254nw. Looks like it should be straightforward - navigate to the network setting, then to wifi, then set wifi to "off".

 

But it is still on.

 

I haver tried turning wifi back on and then off again. I have restarted the printer. But wifi is still on.

 

I am testing from my phone, looking at the list of available wifis. I have confirmed that it is this printer I am seeing by turning the printer off. When the printer is off, it is not listed. When the printer is on, it is listed, whether wifi is supposed to be enabled or not.
