I've tried to install HP App on my MAC OS 10.13.  I receive the message that I cannot because I need MAC OS version 10.14 or later.  What do I do?  Help!

I had the same problem on an older MacBook running High Sierra. I configured the printer from an iPhone (iOS 15.5) using HP app. Prints fine from iOS and Windows 10 laptop using HP App. To print to an HP printer (LaserJet MFP M140) from High Sierra, go to

 

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201900

 

and follow instructions for adding an AirPrint printer under MacOS Settings/Printers & Scanners. In the last configuration step, there is a choice between AirPrint and Secure AirPrint. I selected the former. A test pdf printed fine. Whether this is a stable solution I do not know.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and Mac is up to date with its software.

 

Update printer firmware

Update software on Mac 

 

Delete HP App and reinstall from the Mac App Store.

I have the same issue. I cannot install HP App on my Mac with MacOS 10.13.6.

HP App for Desktop requires macOS 109.14 or higher. You will need to upgrade your Mac in order to download and install HP App for Desktop.

why nobody understand that our mac can't be updates to higher than high Sierra?

 

please provide an older hp App version that can work. 

 

my printer is a deskjet 2700e

Hello, Did anybody got a solution on how to install the HP App on a mac that cannot be updat to 10.14 (Majora)????
I am surprised that HP support time has no clue that MacBooks before 2012 can't be updated to higher than macOS High Sierra 10.13.6. It must be provided a older version so we can be able to use the printers mine is Ink Advantage 2376
