Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Frustration. HP envy 7858 is so glitchy, sometimes it works great then times like this -nothing. I would purchase another printer had I not just spent $80 on ink (is HP). Won't purchase another HP printer.  Venting done.

I cannot get the printer to print- says "error" in queue, have run trouble shoot on computer, turned off printer and laptop turned back on, decided to remove printer from laptop and reinstall. I used HPsmart- select the printer and keep getting message to turn on printer- it IS on. Checked WiFi- good there. Help please.
