Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

Hi the hp app disappears from my Home Screen on my iPad after a few hours , it then takes me ages to find it again and open it to scan a doc to email 

I’ve no idea how to solve this it’s frustrating , there doesn’t seem a updated for the app

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Did you download the HP Smart app from the App Store?

 

Restart the iPhone

Check for any updates for the app and for the iOS device.
