Product: HP DeskJet 2700
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In the HP Smart app, it is telling me to finish setup. When I click on this, it takes me to the section for installing the printer cartridges- these are already installed. I have gone through opening the ink door, checking the cartridges and closing the door again, but it doesn't move on from that point, and I end up having to exit setup.

Any help would be appreciated.
