I bought an HP LaserJet M209dw printer on 30 Dec 2022. I installed it and ran it fine on my home network without setting up the HP+ account with an ethernet cable to my router.
Suddenly, the printer decided to stop working on 24 Jan 2023. It says it is not installed properly.
I tried installing it with the HP+ account and ink subscription and it says it successfully installed but then the printer status shows Printer Setup Incomplete. I installed it at least 5 times and it ends like this each time.
I tried contacting someone at HP under warranty but I after I enter the serial number, it prompts for a Product Number. Nothing I enter works. I installed the HP Support Assistant and it shows the Product Number but that number does not work.
At this point, I am really ready to throw it away since I cannot get it working and I cannot get any help and I cannot print.
