Product: HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw

I tried reset settings on the printer, and still cannot turn on web services.  Will a factory reset restore this functionality?  If so, can someone please PM me the procedure?  I have tried all of the suggestions in this post:

But the web services still will not turn on.  There are a few other issues too.

 

I tried to turn on force HTTPS and that doesn't seem to work (no longer able to connect to the printer after that is turned on).

 

Save and restore don't seem to work for ALL settings.  I lose all of the scan settings when I restore from a backup, and maybe more than that, not sure.

 

At some point, year ago, I had the web services on, but they were flaky if I remember correctly.  I am hoping I just need to open a port or two or do some forwarding to get the web services to turn on again.

 

 

Any help with these issues would be greatly appreciated.
