Product: Envy 6055
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I;m trying to install new printer, cannot get HP Smart to install.  I have a previous HP printer, when trying to install it says HP smart has to be updated.  When I try to update, it says I already have it and won't reinstall.

I uninstalled HP smart, but it says its still there.

Rebooting didn't work.  

HELP!

Ran Windows updates, now is Version 20H2;  was able to download HP Smart from Microsoft Store as needed.

Hi,

Please right-click the Start button and select Settings.

Scroll down to the Windows Specifications sections, what is the value listed for the Version?

Please run Windows Update and install later OS updates, then check for any difference with HP Smart:
