I was not able to launch HP Smart this morning. As prompted on some websites, I went ahead and uninstalled HP Smart from my computer (HP Envy x360 laptop). As I tried to reinstall HP Smart, I am seeing the error as shown in the screenshot below. Please help me instal HP Smart as I have subscribed to HP auto printer cartridge replenishment subscription and that depends on HP Smart communicating with HP servers. Thanks!

Hi mswagat,

 

I understand you are not able to reinstall the HP Smart app on the computer.

 

Make sure the HP Smart app is uninstalled from the computer.

Check for any pending windows updates and restart the computer.

 

Now, try to reinstall it from the Microsoft Store. Click here to download and know more about the app.

This problem still persists. I am so frustrated where a HP laptop is having issues installing a HP owned software ("HP Smart"). Screen shot from today's attempted installation below. Please help.

 

Also, please help rescind my subscription to HP Smart for printer cartridges as HP will not know as to when my printer needs ink without this software.
