Hi, I cannot install HP smart on my computer, because Microsoft store is not working on my computer. How can I install it without Microsoft store? Can you provide me with a link to the executable file of software installer?

Hi,
Download and install the HP Basic Driver or HP Full Feature Software option, that doesn’t require a Microsoft account:

Hi @CooderSK
Are you able to share the Windows 10 version and OS build number on your PC ?
Go to Command Prompt (you can type < cmd > in the Search icon (Magnifying glass))
at Command Prompt, type < winver > and it will display a box
example:
Thanks
I am an HP Employee
Although I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
Please click “Kudos Thumbs up” as an encouragement and “Accept as solution” if this has helped solved your problem.
