I cannot install hp pagewide MFP 377 software on my computer.

I have tried to install the Full_Webpack-39.7.2014_1-PW377_DW_Full_Webpack.exe program, it extracts and starts to install, at the 1st screen I click continue the screen closes and that is it, nothing else happens.

 

I also tried to install the HPEasyStart_16_3_6.exe program, it extracts and starts to install, at the 1st screen I click Accept all options, 2nd screen click continue, 3rd shows that the printer is found with the IP address, then click continue, 4th screen I click Accept All, 5th screen click Auto Update and then Apply, 6th screen click Full Software and Drivers then Continue, it then starts to extract the software and then nothing else happens.
