Although using a good internet connection (whereas in a printer test the printer responds that the internetconnection is outstanding), I can't link my printer to my laptop.

The printer has been installed on an IPAD and is now also recognized by my Iphone, but not on my computer.
FOr both other devices I used the option to connect to a printer via a LAN cabled network (and the printer is on my LAN network), but this option does not figure for my laptop. It only searches the printer via WIFI and does not find the printer. When I mention the IP adress of the printer it is still not recognized.

 

The printer is new from yesterday.
