I had to replace the hard drive on my Dell Inspiron 3455 All-In-One and reload a fresh, legal Windows 10 Home 64 bit from Microsoft. After reloading the software, from HP, for my HP printer (via a home network) it works fine except for printing. I can scan from my PC but it will not print. I've always had trouble installing their drivers but this never happened before. I've ran their Scan Doctor (which is crap, by the way), Windows Troubleshooters (which are useless as **bleep** on a bull), ininstalled and re-installed their drivers many times but the print side will not work! This PC "sees" the printer, recognizes it as the default printer and will scan and copy to this PC, but throws an error message when I try to print anything. "Your file could not be printed due to an error on HP Envy 7640 Series (Network On). There are several possible reasons; " including not enough memory, a problem with the network connection or driver or there may be a loose connection between the PC and the printer...all which have been checked. Any ideas? I'd love to hear them as this is driving me crazy!
