Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to print from Quicken.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Are you able to print from other applications?
Meanwhile, this error may occur if you have an excessive number of printers installed on your computer or Quicken has incorrect information about your printer. The following information shows you how to correct this error.
Before performing the steps below, make sure you have the latest release before trying the steps listed below.
- Go to File > File Operations > Validate and Repair.
- In the next prompt, select Validate file and Reset all Quicken printer settings.
- Click OK.
- Restart your computer.
- Try to print again.
Note: If you have customized fonts or other printing options you will need to configure Quicken again.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!
Cheers!

Since the issue is only when printing from Quiken, I suggest you contact Intuit and they should be able to sort this out
Thank you
