macOS 10.15 Catalina

I tried to print a color photo using my MacBook Pro Catalina OS. I can't have a color print. I only have a black and white options for printing? IS there a way I can adjust settings? How?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you. For now, let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

 

Try making a standalone copy in color and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Check the estimated ink levels

On the MAC, click on the Apple icon > System preferences > Printers and scanners > Click on the printer > Options and supplies. Replace any low or empty ink cartridges.

 

Perform steps 12 and 8 respectively from this document.

The supply levels look good. Have you tried making a copy and check if the issue persists?

Also, perform the other steps mentioned in my previous post.
