Have loaded the current driver ... Can print from Excel 2016. But cannot from Word or PowerPoint 2016. Paper does go through but no print.

Hi @Hopefully5,
Thanks for getting back to me with that information.
The first thing that I would do is check the printer's software and drivers. This can easily be done by downloading and running the HP Print and Scan Doctor. This tool can diagnose and fix many printer and printing software issues.

Hi @Hopefully5,
Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums for a solution to your printing issue.
I understand that you are using an HP 6520 with a Windows 10 computer and blank pages are being printed from Word or PowerPoint 2016, but printing from Excel 2016 is fine. I would like to help with that.
Before I can suggest any possible solutions it may help me to know which HP 3830 you have, i.e. OfficeJet or DeskJet. If you are unsure here is a support document that can help - How Do I Find My Model or Printer Number?
I will watch for your reply so I can look into this issue further for you. Please reply at your convenience.
Thanks.
