Since a recent W10 update for laptop (Dell XPS 9350) I cannot print in colour when connected wirelessly - it is fine when I connect the printer using USB. I have tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling but this has not helped. When printing photo's and PDF's I use HP SMART which is fine - but cannot print Word & Excel etc.
I believe it may be something to do with the driver installation and outdated registry entries.
Please see screenshots attached - the option to choose black & white or colour is missing when connected wirelessly (first photo) but is available when a USB cable is attached.
Thanks in advance

Didn't work I'm afraid - I have tried this method several times before - any other suggestions?

Hi,
Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe
Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.
Please let me know the results,
Shlomi
