Hello,
My LaserJet Pro m15a printer does not work on my new Mac Mini (Intel processor) running macOS Big Sur (11.3.1). It does not report any error. When I print (from various SW such as Adobe Acrobat), the print queue shows jobs entering and then being printed, but the printer does nothing. The printer does not have any blinking LEDs. When printing from a laptop with an older OS version (Catalina) the whole thing works. Also, the printer correctly prints the configuration report when I press there button labelled "X". I have updated the printer firmware and the drivers using the SW provided on the HP web site, and then rebooted the computer and the printer multiple times.

Hi,
Please follow HP Easy Start below:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip
Once the instillation wizard suggest installing HP Smart, close the windows and the Software Select screen should be shown, then follow the steps to install the HP Essential software, once completing the installation you should be able to print.

Hi Shlomil - I have exactly the same problem and just followed all these steps. The printer still registers the print job and then looks like it is processing it but ... no printout at the end. Can you help?

I am just wondering, for how much longer will awfully designed software be "saved by the bell" and the scrupulousness of one knowledgable employee.

Shlomil, hello! I did as you recommended (a great idea!), the printer printed a test page once and wrote that everything was ready. But that's all – the task is also loaded, the queue passes – and does not print. What do you recommend?
