Hello
I am trying to subscribe to the HP Instant Ink scheme. I believe I have previously printed out the claim code and my husband has thrown it away accidentally. From looking online it seems that I need to reset my printer and then re-enable web services in order to get a new claim code.
However I cannot find where on the HP smart app I can reset my printer. Is this what I should be doing? And if so how do I reset it?
Many thanks
Hay

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
To remove Web Services, complete the following steps: 1. Open the embedded web server (EWS). 2. Click the Web Services tab, and then click Remove Web Services in the Web Services Settings section. 3. Click Remove Web Services. 4. Click Yes to remove Web Services from your printer.
To open the embedded web server (EWS) through a network 1. From the printer control panel, press the Wireless button ( ) and the Information button ( ) together to print the network configuration page. 2. Find out the IP address or hostname of the printer from the network configuration page. 3. In a supported web browser on your computer, type the IP address or hostname assigned to the printer. For example, if the IP address is 192.168.0.12, type the following address into a Web browser: http:// 192.168.0.12.
Enable web services:
1. Open the embedded web server (EWS).. 2. Click the Web Services tab. 3. In the Web Services Settings section, click Setup , click Continue, and follow the on-screen instructions to accept the terms of use. 4. If prompted, choose to allow the printer to check for and install printer updates.
NOTE: If a printer update is available, the printer downloads and installs the update, and then restarts. Repeat the instructions from step 1 to set up Web Services.
NOTE: If prompted for proxy settings and if your network uses proxy settings, follow the on-screen instructions to set up a proxy server. If you do not have the proxy details, contact your network administrator or the person who set up the network.
5. When the printer is connected to the server, the printer prints an information page. Follow the instructions on the information page to finish the setup.

Hello, thank you for your response it is much appreciated, however I have already gone through this multiple times using the HP help and information on the website.
My question was actually how do I reset the printer because this is what I need to do as the claim code has already been printed. This means I need to reset the printer as if I was someone who had purchased it and then go through the process again. None of this is working because it prints out the page but there is no claim code because it has already been printed out before previously but thrown away accidentally.
All I needed to know was how to reset the printer from the HP app.
many thanks
