HP 7612
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can no longer print to my HP7612 printer I am running 64Bit Windows 10 Pro Version21H1 OS Build 19043.1266
I have tried all the usual routes of unplugging printer, removing HP software from laptop then reinstalling it and reconnecting the printer to my router.
I can print to the printer from my wife's wireless laptop and from my phone.

I have turned off my firewall and virus protection whilst installing Software and Drivers  using file OJ7610_971-2.exe then tried to reinstall printer but although it appears on my laptop I cannot print to it.
If I look in Printers & scanners from windows settings it shows my printer but says Driver is unavailable.

When I run HP Print & Scan Doctor 5.6.2  it shows my installed printer if I click Fix Printing it says The full software solution for your product is not installed on this computer, then when I click on install software it takes me to the support.hp.com website and highlights the file to download which is OJ7610_971-2.exe which is the file I had used at the beginning to install the software.

Latest time of scanning for hardware changes I get the following message "Windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install them. The driver cannot be installed because it is either not digitally signed or not signed in the appropriate manner. Contact your hardware vendor."
