HP Officejet 7310 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Power surged. I could not print from my computer. I powered off and unplugged and replugged in. No luck. I uninstalled printer. I could not reinstall. There were connectivity issues with printer only . Modem and all other devices are working. Is there anything else I can do short if buying a new computer?

  1. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  2. What is the error you receive when you try and print ?
  3. Are you able to make copies using the printer?
