Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dn Multifunction Printer

The previous person in my position had setup our printers with passwords, but did not leave them for anyone to be able to access printer settings.  I have attempted multiple factory resets using two different methods I have found through the HP support community, but the password will not budge.  Right now this printer is offline in our system as I am unable to configure it.  I need help in fully removing the password.
