Cannot update Firmware, for that I need the admin login

I would like to update the firmware, but neither on the printer screen nor over the Integrated web server, am I able to update it. On the printer itself, the option to update the printer in any way is not even available. On the integrated web server it tells me to login with the admin login. But customer support from hp tells me that that login is not available. So what can I do?

Download firmware from hp.com it's executable and run .exe and follow instructions on the computer screen.
