Cannot update OfficeJet Pro 6960 firmware for Mac OS 12.3.1

I have followed all steps to clean printer heads (3 levels), new print HP cartridges for my wirelessly connected OfficeJet Pro 6960. Printer will not print color. Tried to update the firmware but receive message "Cannot update this device, This Firmware updater does not contain upgrade for your device."

Updates attempted for my MacBook Pro OS 12.3.1 with Bonjour connection to HP printer.

I request you talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you
