Product: HP ENVY 5010 All-in-One Printer

i am trying to print off for work and every time i try to print certain fonts e.g snell rounded. However everytime it prints the font changes to a basic font. I assume the printer wasn't updated so i am trying to do this but this is what keeps coming up 'Cannot update device - this firmware updater does not contain upgrades for your device'. 

I need to sort this ASAP as i use this for work and don't want to have to buy a new printer. Very frustrating.
