HP Envy Inspire 7258e All-in-One Printer

Switching to the "HP All-In" plan has been one of the worse mistakes I've ever made with a large company. Firstly, The original printer on the plan arrived broken. Even though the language used to entice a customer to pay more to be part of the "All-In" plan makes it sound like you will get a replacement printer within 24 hours (ha!) mine had a window of almost AN ENTIRE MONTH before the replacement printer would arrive. I repeatedly called to ask that a replacement printer be sent sooner. Eventually,  two weeks later, it did come.

I had my bank card stolen along with my wallet and had to receive a new bank card. Now, for almost 3 weeks, when I go to the website either on the desktop or my laptop, or use my mobile app, I cannot update my payment information due to a glitch on HP's website and app. I called HP to report the problem, and they confirmed it was a problem on their end. they literally had no idea what to do about it but promised, "We'll look into it." 21 days later and my account has been suspended for non-payment and I am calling them daily to demand an answer as to why they have not been able to resolve this issue. I am told daily that they are "working on it" and yet they will do nothing to help. I am stuck with a printer in a contract that I cannot use thanks to HP's website and software. Customer service refuses to allow me to update my payment method over the phone and insist I have to use the website or the app, and then in the same breath they will admit that they cannot fix the website or the app for "some accounts." At this point I am considering hiring an attorney because I am being charged a monthly fee for a service that I cannot access due to a problem via the provider, HP, and continue to receive nothing but worthless and rude interactions from customer service. What a nightmare!
