HP ENVY Photo 7134 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows Vista

When I first got the printer my computer didn't  have wifi so connected it direct to the wifi hub, I connected the printer to the computer with a usb cable and it loaded straight away and been printing this way for several months with out any problems, I have now got wifi on my computer but cant connect it to the printer, it sees the printer but cant connect to it and says software incomplete, ive tried going back and connecting using the usb cable but that wont work now either,  ive also tried downloading the software but again with no luck it states the system is not supported anymore any help would be appreciated,

Hi @Smudge10,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Try 2.4GHz frequency.

If your Wi-Fi has 2.4GHz and 5GHz with the same name and password, change the 2.4GHz SSID and password through the router page, or turn off 5GHz while configuring the printer on Wi-Fi.

Connect the PC to 2.4GHz, and make sure it's on the Private network.

Run HP Easy Start to configure the Printer on Wi-Fi now.

You may also try

Restore Network Settings from the Printer screen. Setup > Network Setup > Restore Network > Yes

The printer will be now in Setup mode, re-run the HP Easy Start now.

Restart your router/modem.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
