Cant connect my HP3760 to new wifi provider

Changed my wifi provider and cant connect my HP 3760 deskjet printer to the new network. Have tried to connect via the smart app.  Followed all instructions i can find on the HP apps.

thank you, i have had a look and - im an iphone user.  Ive been round in loop after loop on the smart app and still cant connect - does the fact that ive moved from virgin to sky mean anything?  Thanks

Hi @Jjbee 

Only check that the Wifi network you are connecting is a 2.4 Ghz network, because that is more compatible with your printer model.

For the setup process using an iPhone, is somehow quite similar
