HP DeskJet 2820e All-in-One Printer

I am beyond frustrated now and apparently I too have the issue of not getting pass the "finishing connection" issue. I have been on the **bleep** phone all afternoon with HP support and they keep saying my connection is on WPA3 when it wasnt it was always on WPA2. I even put my network on 2.4ghz. and its still getting stuck. WHY wont HP accept that its the printer and not my **bleep** connection???

Thank you for replying. But the problem is fixed. Do you wanna know what fixed it?

I was on the phone with an HP support person. We were using a camera. and for 5 hours couldnt fix it at all. They blamed my router saying it was WPA 3. This turned out to be a lie. There was nothing wrong with the internet. During my first call with them I told them "look ive just purchased a new blank ink cartridge" should I put that in first?". Their response was "no we will try and clear the other issues first then we will deal with the cartridge later". Well, after I got angry with them because business hours were closing, they still blamed my router connection saying it was WPA 3 when it was in fact WPA2 they didnt even believe the screenshot I showed them!!!! so I decided to try and fix it myself and this time i decided I would put in the ink cartridge. And it *&^%$# fixed it!!!!! Im going to call HP tomorrow and lay a complaint!!
