I still can't believe no one from HP support has replied! I buy a HP laser for over €500, has an XP driver, only reason I bought the printer, and the driver won't install due to a bad signature on a CAB file. HP problem?
Anyway, after the HP software install fails, I noticed that the files for the install are in the users temp directory. All of the .INF files are there. So I tried to install using Win XP Add Printer.
As you see, it correctly id's the printer from the .INF file
But the install then fails with no other info
I urgently need help! Please someone from HP support reply
