Doubtful.

You'll need to know the paper type (For example, Cover, Index, Text) and translate the pts to gsm.

This printer - for the record - does not support true "card stock".

Printer supports lighter weight Index card paper to 200 gsm / 110 lb.

Printer Specifications for HP DeskJet 3700 Printers

Cards
Up to 200 g/m2 (110 lb index maximum)
Up to 20 cards

What if the paper were light enough in weight?

Still doubtful - pre-printed paper is not generally supported - try and see...

You are welcome.

If you would like to do so - and if for some reason you cannot use the original pre-printed card paper,

You can scan the original card to extract the text / image(s) from the card and store the results as a JPEG file.

Use that saved content as a "backdrop" to a card that you create.

You can also, consider using the printed paper you have as the physical template - that is, fold the paper into the "card shape" you are creating.

On plain paper, in a size that fits within the confines of the printable space in the card, create a little "card" document > save > print

Tape, glue, simply insert the little card inside the pre-printed card.
