Product: HP Smart Tank 5101 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Getting E3 carrier jam error code when trying to set up new HP Smart Tank 5100 Series printer. Have tried virtual assistant recommendations without success and chat with technician was unavailable.
