I am having the same problem.  My new cartridges are not recognized and it is saying my firmware is up-to-date (greyed out).

HELP!

Hi,

Firmware is up-to-date (greyed out) is not an error.

As your printer already have the latest firmware installed, that cannot be updated.

 

What is your printer model?

 

What country are you from?

 

What is the new cartridges number?
