My all in one printer is showing the cartridge error for the black ink. I have tried changing the cartridge for new ones. Unplugging then turning on again. Even spoke to somebody on the phone with HP support about it but she said there was nothing she could do for me. Please help! Thank you!

Hi,

Could you please attach a picture of your ink cartridge and a picture of the exact error message on the printer front panel?

 

Is it a Genuine HP or replacement cartridge? additionally, is this the correct cartridge for your printer?
