Hello, I Co-Pastor of mine gave HP Deskjet 1515 printer he bought from Middle East. I live in the Philippines. I am continually using original inks (Ink ADvantage 650). When the Cartridge went out, I was looking for Ink Cartridge but the saleman gave me INK ADVANTAGE 678 (both tri color and black). He said that it is also compatible with 1515.
However, I was about to replace my ink cartridge, the printer showed me 'INCOMPATIBLE INK CARTRIDGE" warning.. What should I do?
Thanks

Hi,
You must contact HP Support in the Philippines to reset the printer:
Make sure the printer is connected to a Windows or a Mac computer and a full set of genuine and in-warranty HP 678 Black and Tri-Color cartridges.
Be sure to clearly describe that you moved with the printer from another country and have genuine in-warranty HP cartridges, for that you are entitled to get support, although your printer is not under warranty.
