Hi,
I have a new HP printer and I am very a angry because I bought various refillable ink cartridges and none of them work, I didn't have this problem with a previous HP Photosmart printer.
I know you placed the new firmware on purpose to prevent outside ink cartridges manufacturers and I know that in other HP printers you created firmware to allow other manufacturer's cartridges.
So I want a firmware for the office jet pro 6960 and I don't care about the bla bla bla original cartridges are superior and bla bla bla.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
