HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Printer

Hi, I have a Case No. [Personal Information Removed]- I'm still still awaiting someone to contact me. Unable to set up NEW 2710e printer (S/N ******* and register it for Instant Ink, because the 'system' is still trying to re-enrol my older (now defunct) 2710e printer (S/N *******). I need to have the old unit erased from the system, and have the new unit reset as suggested by the initial and only contact I spoke with yesterday. Eventually the starter inks in the new unit will run out, and i cannot enrol for Instant ink as the system is still trying to RE-ENROL the older unit. And the HP contact options keep returning a Service Temporarily Unavailable notice!!!!! It's as if everyone has gone home and HP HQ is empty! Can anyone help? Thanks
