Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer is wired so it has the local ip address but I need to print off my laptop which is wifi. How can I fix the printer so I can print both locally and off my wifi. I have an hp m452. Thank you

Welcome to the HP Support Community!


I understand that you want to print both ways ethernet and wireless, I am glad to assist you today.
 

the printer supports one active local connection (USB) and one active network connection (Ethernet or wireless) at a time. It is not possible to connect the printer to both Ethernet and wireless networks at the same time.
