Hello,

I manually make copies on my HP all-in-one but need to change the default from "Print copy in color" to black & white using the device keypad each time.  Changing the color isn't listed on the keypad Preferences settings.  I have changed the default to B&W from my PC already; that doesn't resolve it.

   [There is no support available from HP when I email my question (message = service unavailable).]  

Any assistance would be terrific.
